Byzantine / Islamic mosaic glass bead
Date: 7 - 9 century
Mosaic cane glass

Bead's matrix is made up of sections of premanufactured mosaic cane with yellow-in-red center.  
Intact, excellent condition.
 
Height 10 mm, diameter 12 mm.
